What does 'one of one' mean?
Each configuration you create is unique and can never be duplicated. Once you claim a specific text on a specific product, no one else can ever have the same thing.
How do I know my item is really unique?
Every item has a cryptographic fingerprint that you can verify online. This fingerprint is generated from your exact configuration and stored permanently. You can check your item's uniqueness anytime at mortal.sh/verify.
What if someone else wants the same text?
They can't have it. If it's claimed, it's gone forever. They'll need to choose something different.
How long does shipping take?
Items are made to order and typically ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location but usually range from 5-10 additional business days.
Can I return my item?
Because each item is custom-made and unique, we can only accept returns for defective items. If there's an issue with quality, reach out to us and we'll make it right.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Your payment information is handled securely and never touches our servers.
Is this an NFT?
No. There's no blockchain, no crypto, no wallet required. Just a real, physical thing that's provably unique. When it wears out, it's gone—no eternal digital record.
Why is there a character limit?
Different price tiers have different character limits. Shorter strings are rarer (fewer possible combinations), so they cost more. Longer strings give you more options at a lower price.
