2. Products and Uniqueness

Each product configuration on mortal.sh is unique and can only be claimed once. Once you purchase a configuration, that exact combination will never be produced again. We maintain a permanent record of all claimed configurations.

3. Content Restrictions

You may not create items containing offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates our content policies. Certain words and phrases are restricted or reserved.

4. Orders and Payment

All sales are final. Due to the custom, one-of-one nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges except in cases of manufacturing defects. Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

The mortal.sh brand, design system, and verification technology are our intellectual property. The text you choose for your item is your creative choice, but you warrant that it does not infringe on any third-party trademarks or copyrights.

6. Limitation of Liability

mortal.sh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
